- If you are a captain, get signed up for this year early and let your team know.
- Send photos and a short description of your team to go on our Relay Teams page to marketing@relay52.org.

Captains should get on the mailing list to get invites to the monthly meetings where we plan the event and share ideas.
Each team should produce one item or basket for silent auction at this year’s Relay For Life.

Options for businesses
- Become a sponsor at the $250 and above level (follow the link for more info or to download a brochure)
- Donate items or gift cards for team-sponsored silent auction bundles
- Start a team
- Encourage your employees to attend on August 3 where they will have opportunities to support teams with purchases and buy luminaria.
Check the Team Leader Tools page, where you can find and add to a list of potential business donors and see whether someone has already contact them. Team leaders, find the passcode to access that page in the May 2024 meeting minutes or send an email to info@relay52.org.
You can also seek donations for your team like matching t-shirts/outfits, for-sale items and decorations for your team’s presence at the event. Most teams have a canopy with seating and activities for team members.
